He listens & is a good doctor overall

I met Dr Dileep Bhateley when he was a Resident Doctor, and then when he started his own practice I started using him, as well as my family and I have even referred relatives and friends to him. My family will not see any other Physician Dr Bhateley unless they don't have a choice. I have referred friends to him, and they would rather wait to see him when he is available than see any other Physician.

Dr. Bhateley has always been thorough and understanding. He listens and treats me with kindness and respect. He treats me as a friend and not just a patient.

Dr. Bhateley addressed the medications I've been taking and told me some side effects and interactions that no one had taken the time to stay and tell me before. He also paid attention to what I was saying and addressed any issues that I had, like pain in my abdomen. When he asked if I wanted to go to a Gastro, I said it was fine, but he asked, nobody else ever did that before. They usually don't even pay attention. So very happy.

Dr. Bhataley is a wonderful Dr. and I drive almost an hour to my visit, and he is worth the extra miles! He is kind, caring, and professional! He is very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during our visit, although my health problems were a bit embarrassing; he in no way made me feel that way! I also do not have insurance , and he was very understanding about that and also helpful when it came to my prescriptions being affordable! He prescribed bloodwork there in the lab, which I will be following up with today and I appreciated the affordable cost! I was a little late traveling to my appointment and he stayed through his lunch hour to see me! That was kind and unexpected! I will continue to recommend Dr. Bhataley to my friends and family!
